Main Ingredient: ground beef
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Hamburgers Stuffed with Cheese

1/4 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
1 fresh hot chile pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons fesh coriander, chopped

Directions to make Hamburgers Stuffed with Cheese

Step 1:Shred the cheese, seed and chop the chile pepper, combine. Slice the tomato; set aside.
Step 2:Shape the beef into 8 thin patties, put 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch to seal.
